By default, you are configured a promotional account. As per TRAI regulations, promotional SMS can be delivered only from 9am to 9pm.
Transactional messages such as OTPs and order updates can be delivered 24x7. If you would like to send transactional SMS, contact our regional manager or email us at leads@eugence.com to change your account to a transactional account.

If you are configured to promotional route then as per TRAI regulations, promotional SMS cannot be delivered to numbers registered in the National Do-Not-Disturb (NDND) registry. SMSGrid ensures you comply with TRAI regulations and automatically reject all the DND numbers from your recipients.
Transactional messages such as OTPs and order alerts can be sent to all numbers, including the ones registered in DND.

Sender Id can only be of 6 letters and no numbers are allowed.
Once the request id raised we try to approve sender in 2-4 working hours.
Sender Id can be sent for approval from 10AM to 5:30PM from Monday to Friday and 10AM to 2PM on Saturday.

SMSGrid provides best-in-class SMS delivery for both transactional SMS and promotional bulk SMS. However, we monitor your few messages for spam and this will likely result in a small delay.

Excel sheet can only be into comma seperated value (.csv) format.
